Consulting, Business Development/Sales

Basis Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree 


• 3+ years consulting experience


• 10 years experience in a public sector ERP environment


• 5 years experience on large and complex projects


• Implementation experience with a minimum of 2 public sector ERP projects


• 5+ years experience with supervision and support of sales and pricing efforts on a public sector ERP project


• Travel 75%-100% 

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of human resources and financials theory, principles, practices and their application to a wide variety of public sector clients


• Principles and operations of complex ERP systems


• Modern management theories and practices


• Ability to express ideas and convey information in a clear and concise manner both orally and in writing.


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
