Description
Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years IT experience involving Oracle EBS customization and at least 1 year of Fusion Apps development

• 3+ years advanced and hands on experience leading efforts involving ADF development using Fusion Apps Oracle UI Shell involving Fusion Apps

• 3+ years of combined Oracle Fusion Apps/EBS implementation experience working on the technical side, interacting with infrastructure, DBA, process, development, configuration and testing teams.

• 2+ years of exposure to key process threads in Fusion Apps - at least in one of the areas listed here (SCM, Financials, CRM, HCM)

• 2+ years of performance tuning and trouble shooting Oracle development, integration and underlying Fusion Apps technology stack.

• Bachelor's degree required

• Ability to travel 100% (Monday - Friday)
 
Preferred Skills:

• Good  exposure to the Fusion Apps data model, Oracle DB( 9i,10g,11g) Fusion Middleware ( 10.1.3.5 and Weblogic 10/11g) primarily in Unix and Linux platforms.

• Specific experience in customizing Fusion Apps standard Oracle Forms/ADF web pages, OBI reporting, seeded ODI and BPEL workflows in Fusion Apps context.

• Prior experience and understanding with key processes involved in SCM and Financials modules.

• Ability to work with distributed teams and playing client-facing coordinator in addition to direct delivery ownership.
 
Professional Skill Requirements:

• 1+ years of lead experience including leading small teams in successful systems integration, package implementation, and/or interactive design

• Experience in driving development of an area within a large complex implementation

• Experience in opening new discussions and new opportunities with clients

• Ability to propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of standardized and customized services

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
