Basic Qualifications:

• 
  1 to 2 years of ERP implementation experience and currently working with Fusion HCM
  


• 
  2 years of experience in 1 or more of the following modules in EBS or PeopleSoft HCM: Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, Compensation, TAM, Performance Management, Recruiting
  


• 
  Ability to travel 100% (Monday - Thursday)
  


• 
  Bachelor's degree required
  
   
  
  
  

 
Preferred Skills:
 
-  Prior knowledge of ERP HCM implementations including Fusion HCM, PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle EBS HRM 
-  Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilians
-  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
