Oracle Fusion Functional HR Manager+ Job Listing at Accenture in Pittsburgh, PA

Basic Qualifications:

- 5 years ERP HR implementation experience and currently working with Fusion HCM

- 5 years of experience in 1 or more of the following modules: Core HR, Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, Compensation, TAM, Performance management, ESS, MSS, ELM, Absence Management, Pensions

- Skilled in Microsoft Office Programs

- Ability to travel 100% (Monday - Friday)

- Bachelor's degree required 

Preferred Skills:

-Prior knowledge of ERP HCM implementations including Fusion HCM, PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle EBS HRMS

Professional Skill Requirements:

  Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Desire to work in an information systems environment

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
