Basic Qualifications:

• A Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology CRM and have worked with JavaScript, Java, Rules Engines, Object Modeling, or XML


• A Minimum of 2 years of design and coding skills in JSP, RIA, or SQL


• A Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years Salesforce.com experience


• 1+ years of experience with major Quote and Product Configurators like Siebel, Oracle, Sterling Comergent, Big Machines, Cameleon


• Strong desire to build high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems


• Be highly innovative, flexible and self-directed


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
