Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree


• Minimum 8 years of CRM experience


• Minimum 8 years of system implementation experience


• Minimum 2 years of SaaS experience


• Minimum 5 years of life sciences experience

Preferred Skill Requirements:

• Consulting experience


• CTI


• Knowledge Management


• Multi-channel


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
