Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Outsourcing and Project Management


• Minimum of 5 years of Security Services industry experience, including experience with Identify and Access Management, Password Management, Directory Management, End Point Security, IDS/IPS, Firewall Management, Security Event Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Security Compliance, Security Governance (policies and procedures), and Physical Security


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the implementation of Security Services specific technologies and support processes


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cost/Financial Management with budgetary responsibility less than $1 million for complex Infrastructure Outsourcing projects


• Minimum of 5 years of Infrastructure Outsourcing Mobilization experience, including Due Diligence, Transition and Special Projects  

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as part of a global service delivery organization with significant offshore interdependencies and interaction


• Experience conducting presentations to senior level client executives


• Experience managing projects and operations, specifically related to implementing, improving, and day to day operations of Service Management processes


• Experience with transition activities including Technology and Work Environment activities such as network connectivity, Citrix/remote access set-up, software consents, asset inventory, and application security access


• Experience with government security regulations such as HIPAA, SOC, PCI, GLBA, PIPEDA


• CISSP certification


• GIAC, SSCP, CSSLP, or other security certifications


• ITIL v3 Foundation certification


• Other certifications: Six Sigma, PMI, Accenture Operational Excellence


• Operational Excellence experience


• Operations Management experience


• Scope Management experience


• Quality Management experience


• Client Relationship Management experience


• Risk Management experience


• Service Management experience


• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian


• 
  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
