• Minimum 10 years' experience in Information Technology  with at least two foundational IT disciplines (e.g., software programming/coding, database design/management, computer operations/system administration, network design/implementation, computer hardware design/installation) 
  
• Minimum of 5 years security experience
  
• Minimum 2 years' experience in custom security design and/or system/product integration
  
• Minimum of 1 year lead experience implementing a complex security solution at enterprise scale
  
• Minimum of 2 years management experience
  
• Minimum of one year of accountability in managing a minimum team size of 5 resources or virtual resource management responsibility
  
• Minimum of 1 year security architecture experience including implementation or guidance against custom or industry-recognized framework and/or methods
  
• Bachelor's degree 

•     Industry-adopted security certification(s) (e.g. Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CEH, CWSP, CWNA)
  
•     Have fundamental knowledge of the published TCP/IP technology stack
  
•     Experience with industry-recognized security governance models (i.e., ISO 27000 12, NIST SP   800 Series, COBIT/COSO, HIPAA, et cetera)
