Basic Qualifications:


• Minimum 7 years' experience in Security Technology project delivery around consulting capabilities.

• Minimum 6 years' experience in a program/project leadership role, managing budgets and ensuring implementation.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
 
 
 Professional Skill Requirements:


• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively lead/ manage large teams

• Proven track record with client facing presentations and business development activities

• Needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• CISSP certification a plus
• Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
