Consulting, Business Development/Sales

Basic Qualifications:
• 5 years experience with SAP in any of the following areas: BI/BW, CRM, SCM, Tech Arch, Financial Services, HCM, Retail, Data Management
• 1 year experience in project management

• Bachelor's degree required 
 
Preferred Skills:
• Leadership role on at least 2 full life cycle implementations
• Experience estimating projects (beyond creating and managing plans) 
• Previous consulting experience preferred
• 100% travel is required
 
Professional Skill Requirements:

• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Desire to work in an information systems environment

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting ; either military or civilian
