• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of technical development experience on two or more of the following modern languages/frameworks: Java, C#, Scala, Erlang, Ruby-on-Rails, JBoss, Spring, J2EE, .NET

• 
  

  6+ months of using one or more Cloud-related on technologies such as those from VMware, Eucalyptus, Amazon Web Services, RightScale, OpenShift, Heroku and Force.com A desire to create applications and systems out of new software architecture concepts and technologies  



• 
  

  1+ years of experience working with clients



• Strong understanding of the state-of-the-market and state-of-the-art of emerging technologies especially those that are related to software architecture such as Service Orientation, REST protocols, API gateways, Messaging Bus, NoSQL data stores, Process Orchestration and Workflow


• Exposure to a broad range of IT-related technologies such as Big Data, Analytics, Mobile and Social Applications/Platform, Collaboration


• Participation in organizations and teams  

• Experience in managing own work effort including time management, issue identification resolution, and status reporting


• Ability to work creatively, analytically and collaboratively in a highly applied RD environment


• Ability to quickly establish credibility with clients and other team members


• Strong verbal and written communication skills
