You will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Broad knowledge of the business issues and opportunities surrounding Sustainability.

  • Track record of business development and consulting sales
  • Solid understanding of the commercial drivers for a successful consulting practice.
  • Excellent communications skills (written, oral, listening)
  • Project management and team management experience, including the ability to organise and direct high-quality work
  • Ability to think laterally and adapt previous experience and solutions to the project in hand.
  • Energy, drive and commitment to support the team in growing Sustainability Services and meet competing deadlines.
  • Flexibility to respond nimbly to shifting priorities.
  • Leadership, with the ability to  transfer vision into results

Key Criteria / Qualifications

  • Excellent academics
  • Further studies and / or relevant professional qualifications are also desirable.
  • To be recognised by your peers as a subject matter expert in at least one of the offerings which Accenture's Sustainability Services provides.
  • Previous experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm, boutique strategy firm, or consulting in a big 4 accountancy firm would be advantageous
  • Geographical mobility. Your base location will be London, although many of our consultants work on client engagements across the UK and internationally. Therefore you must be willing to work away from home Monday to Friday as required.
