CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR Temp to Hire
? Position open in a food distribution company in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York

This position supervises the work of the Employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures

+Prefer candidates to have experience using Salespad
+Food industry experience a plus
+Must have excellent Customer Service skills with experience managing a team of at least 5
+Computer literate and quick learner on new systems, with ability to train other employees
+Ensure Employees are trained properly, kept abreast of any system changes and provided with accurate procedures and current information in order to meet Customer and Client requirements.
+ Check all incoming and outgoing orders by checking figures, posting and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper item codes.
+ Organize all outgoing deliveries.
+ Track logistics of merchandise and troubleshoot shipping problems.
+ Organize and prioritizing skills to expedite and effectively manage work load.
+Ensure Customer Service experience is exceptional.
