Payroll Administrator/Recruiter for Entertainment Company Job Listing at Accountemps in Gardena, CA (Job ID 00460-112838)
Our Client, an Entertainment Company in Gardena, is looking for an awesome Payroll Administrator. The Payroll Administrator will work side by side with the Payroll Manager and also assist with the human resources department in recruiting.
The responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator include, but are not limited to:
-Timekeeping and auditing of time sheets for 300+ employees
-Updating employee information as it pertains to new hire paperwork,
termination checks, garnishments and benefits deductions
-Provide customer service for employee with payroll and time sheet issues
-Perform and prepare payroll reports
-Assist with quarter and year-end reconciliations for state and federal taxes
-In addition, you will also handling the recruiting of customer service employees for the company because they have customer service representative throughout California.
The ideal Payroll Administrator will have experience with ADP Workforce and eTime, strong written and verbal communication skills, and at least 5 years experience performing Payroll from start to finish. The company will train in recruiting if you are strong in payroll.
