Accounting Principals is in immediate need for a Billing Specialist in bothTampaand Pinellas.

Position Responsibilities;
· Processing and verifying applications for credit and soliciting payment on overdue accounts
· Utilize billing reports to ensure compliance with client guidelines
· Approve and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
· Investigate incoming checks and print all invoices paid
· Total all invoices to ensure that the total paid is equal to the total billed
· Compile necessary information from financial institution such as banks and credit organizations.
· Responsible also for keeping records of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks.
· Software experience with Oracle a plus!
· The Billing Specialist will also need 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor''s degree is preferred.
