Accounting Principals is seeking a Cost Accountant that will beresponsible for all aspects of the physical inventory, month-end closing as it relates to inventory, journal entries, and Cost of Goods Sold, gross margin analysis/reporting. This individual must be extremely professional with strong communication, leadership, analytical and technical skills with extensive manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Verifying accurate Cost of Goods
* Reconciling inventory accounts to the GL
* Analyze/report on key manufacturing variances
* Calculate cost savings for budget and measurement of actual savings
* Maintain the cost of goods sold
Requirements:

* BS in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing accounting experience
* Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and v look-ups
