Industry leader in the Northern suburbs is adding to their growing Credit and Collections team. This temp to hire opportunity allows for the right candidate to receive fantastic training on the job as they learn the portfolio of business. Duties will include:
· Commercial Collections from start to finish
· Opportunityto work with some of the newer, larger accounts as well as maintain current accounts
· High exposure within the company
· Research & resolve invoices and payment discrepancies
· Utilize Excel heavily to track amount collected
· Maintaining current accounts
Ideal candidate will have the following:
· 3+ years of Credit/Collections experience
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!!!
· Exposure in Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications and Deductions
· Excellent customer service skills & communication skills
· Proficient in the MS Office Suite
· Ready to jump in and work in a team environment
