One of our top non-profit clients is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This is an exciting temporary to hire opportunity starting immediately, which reports directly to the Executive Director. This is very much a hands-on role with supervisory functions. Candidates who have a passion for non-profit work are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
Month end closing and reporting
Annual audit
Managing, guiding and leading Accounting staff
Performing various accounting functions
Financial analysis
Oversee annual operating budget
Ensure compliance with accounting and financial reporting requirements of federal, state, and other regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in accounting
Minimum of 10 years accounting and management experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
CPA preferred
Well organized, efficient, self- motivated individual.
