We have a client that is stable and established in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. They are experiencing a tremendous amount of growth and they need to add to their accounting team. They are looking for a solid Payroll Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:

* Full cycle payroll: They will set up new employees in the system, make any changes to benefits or tax deductions, wage garnishments, and they cut checks.
* May assist with the preparation of payroll taxes
* Process functions relating to payroll: processing, payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, automated time-keeping systems and reporting.
* Primary contact for management and employees regarding payroll and related topics.
* Provide excellent management and employee assistance.
* Reviews and inputs pay data manually and electronic imports into payroll software.
* Ensures required authorizations are obtained
* Completes and posts payroll
* Prints and distributes payroll related information.

Experience:

* ADP exp is a plus
* Bachelor?s degree in related field is a plus
* Two to four years of payroll experience
* Able to work in a highly productive and deadline oriented environment
