Our client, a Fortune 500 organization in theBoca Ratonarea, is seeking a Portuguese Real Estate Paralegal for a temp consulting opportunity. This position works under the direction of an attorney to resolve routine legal issues. The position?s daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Duties:

* Research and analyze law sources such as statutes, legal articles, and legal codes in order to prepare and/or analyze legal documents.
* Prepare (or assist in the preparation of) legal documents such as contracts, demand letters, accelerated rent letters, easement agreements, lease amendments, memorandum of lease, subordination non-disturbance agreements, estoppel consents, landlord?s waiver and consents, settlement agreements or transfer documents.
* Review and analyze ground leases, tenant leases, amendments, assignments, settlement agreements, subordination non-disturbance agreements, estoppels, and contracts.
* Coordinate real estate closings and mortgage closings.
* Correspond with third parties on a variety of legal matters, including obtaining additional information.
* Follow up with various sellers, ground lessors, tenants, vendors, customers and outside counsel on a variety of legal matters.

Qualifications:

* 2-5 yrs experience
* AA required
* Knowledge of PACER preferred
3-5 Years
