Senior Billing Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Billing Analyst is responsible for handling a variety of sophisticated billing processes including preparing detailed client bills, split billing requests, e-billing, and billing distribution. This position requires excellent time management skills and precision to detail in order to meet many time sensitive billing requests. Strong communication skills are necessary in order to work with third party vendors, attorneys, clients, and other billing team members.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Three years of billing experience and at least two years of e-billing experience required
* Prior law firm or professional services experience required
* Experience working with Rippe & Kingston time and billing software as well as eBillingHubis strongly preferred, but not required
* Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in order to complete billing requests in atimely manner
* Must project a professional demeanor, effectively represent the firm, exhibit soundjudgment, and maintain confidentiality
* Superior attention to detail, problem solving capabilities, strong organizational and multitaskingskills
* Must show initiative and be willing to take ownership of projects
* Must possess exceptional oral and written communication and analytical skills
* Available to work before or after normal working hours as necessary in order to meet the demands of the job and needs of the firm
