Education Program Marketing Coordinator– SES Tutoring
Achievement Matters is an educational services company serving students in multiple states, working through the NCLB/SES (SES tutoring services) program. As an Education Program Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating with management, school personnel, parents, and district representatives when needed to assist the company with reaching their tutoring goals and making sure that the students are reaching their academic goals. The candidate will be overseeing several regions within the state and will be working remotely and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to our headquarters in Los Angeles.
At this time, we are seeking qualified and self-motivated individual holding current relationships with school district administrators in their area. We are looking for an outstanding networker who can create and grow the SES program as our EDUCATION PROGRAM MARKETING COORDINATOR (EPMC) to target qualifying families and enroll qualifying students in different school districts. Qualified candidates are invited to apply for this position. This is an independent contract position that will last 6-9 months and can lead to permanent employment.
Work with the marketing development team to research, recruit and have the information needed to develop the best strategy to market our SES program in the assigned region.
Ambition to engage with families in the community to sign up qualified children for SES tutoring with Achievement Matters.
Oversee and manage Community Outreach Team (COTs) in developing presentations, planning promotional events and all other marketing efforts.
Conduct training and meetings with the COTs on how to succeed in meeting the recruitment goals, analyze their performance and effectiveness.
Assign goals and deadlines to the COTs and make sure that each COT is meeting its set goals and showing positive productivity in work.
Coordinate schedules of multiple COT teams in different qualifying communities.
Attend provider fairs and meetings if needed.
Recruit and hire COTs.
Must have reliable transportation to travel within district territories throughout the state.
Recruit students in qualifying regions and meet recruitment goals.
Represent Achievement Matters in a professional manner with school district representatives.
Know multiple school district guidelines, deadlines and procedures to recruit qualified students.
Able to work under stress and to communicate effectively with people and with multiple ethnicities.
Able to meet deadlines and high goal expectations.
Able to determine and target the right percentage of qualified students in each school district
Excellent communication skills (a people person)
Prove time management and organizational skills
Goal oriented with a positive attitude to excel
Ability to work independently
A BA degree in business administration or marketing is preferred
MUST have experience in Supplemental Education Services/NCLB
Bilingual a plus to support the population we serve
MUST pass Live Scan and TB Test
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: Salary plus generous bonus plan
