We areexpanding our existingoutbound sales team focused on growing their Corporate Weight Management Business. You will be responsible for calling into companies with 500 to 5,000 employees, reaching the decision maker (VP of HR, Wellness Coordinator, CFO, etc.) and ultimately selling weight management programs as a stand alone wellness incentive or as part of a company's existing benfit suite. With the costs of healthcare rising exponentially and weight-related illness leading the pack - this is a great time to get into the wellness space!

Job Details:

  • Exceed sales quota while keeping high regard for brand reputation.
  • Manage complete sales process from lead generation through close.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plan and coordinate with local market support.
  • Proactively prospect for new business, uncover decision makers and garner interest.
  • Develop an active sales pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Deliver phone based product demonstrations and program description.
  • Maintain necessary prospect and forecast information in CRM.

Qualifications:

  • B2B sales experience Required .
  • Experience calling into HR departments a plus!
  • Passion for health and wellness.
  • Consultative sales approach with experience closing deals.
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, well organized, and a team player.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • BA or BS degree.
