(1) Performs Marketing Functions
by developing and executing targeted product marketing strategies; by developing and delivering presentations; by coordinating marketing operations for assigned region(s); by researching market trends via magazines, advertisements, websites, trade shows and other industry events to create sales leads; by identifying and following up on all sales leads through market research, inquiries received, and referrals from suppliers or distributors; and by establishing, enhancing, and maintaining relations with current and potential customers.

2)Performs Sales
by developing and implementing sales plans and pricing strategies; by negotiating with current and potential customers to close sales proposals; by coordinating all aspects of sales for assigned region(s) and accounts; by maintaining inventory levels and evaluating internal and external production and quality control reports; by participating in sales meetings; by preparing sales reports for Management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; and by coordinating all other aspects of sales operations including logistics and warehousing as necessary.

3)Manages and Expands Customer Accounts
by contacting customers regularly via telephone, e-mail, letters and in person to ascertain their needs and keep business and information flowing smoothly; by liaising between customers and customer service Staff Members; by following up on past-due accounts to ensure all collections are completed; by providing price quotes, proposals, and credit terms to current and prospective customers; by visiting current and prospective customers to make product presentations; by monitoring customer order patterns and following up with customers on irregularities or missed orders or to reactivate inactive accounts; by identifying customer needs or problems in a timely manner; by researching and proposing solutions to customer problems and concerns; and by reporting all problems to the necessary parties.

4)Increases Profits
by analyzing sales trends, logistics trends, operating efficiency, product presentations, monthly financials, and best practices and making appropriate modifications in order to maximize profit; by researching and identifying potential customers; by developing proactive sales methods including end user customer presentations, phone sales, and new business opportunities at trade shows and industry events; by ensuring accuracy of transactions and payments; and by negotiating and entering into contracts with vendors, suppliers, and warehouse and logistics providers to maximize quality and efficiency.
 Must have some Sales experience preferably in Plastics, Packaging or related industry
 Must be a team-player and to work in a diverse work environment
 Must be able to travel (35% of the time)
