Position Summary: ·Under general direction and using established procedures and policies applies advanced skills to analyze, design, develop/enhance, test and implement highly complex applications from specifications ·Competent to work in all phases of application programming activities ·Provides occasional instruction, direction, and monitoring to other programming personnel ·Works with users and team members to deploy business applications on-schedule and within budget Job Requirements: · Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines · Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime · Expected to perform on-call duties · 5-8 years of experience · Provide status updates for completing stakeholder status reports · May assist in creating stakeholder status reports · Accept task with ability to design and code complex tasks independently · Review some team members’ work · Extensive keyboard operations · Sitting for extended periods of time · Some travel required (up to 10%) · 2 or 4 Year degree in IT related field or equivalent competency plus 5-8 years of experience Technical Requirements: ·Programming skills in C#, ASP, Cold Fusion, Java, or Visual Basic ·Can complete coding of functions, classes and objects which demonstrate object oriented concepts including polymorphism, inheritance, recursion or reflection ·Can describe the architectural concepts of various design patterns including n-tier and test-driven development and the appropriate scenarios to use them ·Can complete SQL, stored procedures, views, triggers and indexes. Able to assist with database design including defining columns, attributes, keys and data relationships. Able to assist with troubleshooting performance problems including logging and interpreting statistics ·Experience with BizTalk preferred ·Candidates should have strong knowledge Net, C#, ASP.Net, WCF Web Services and SQL Server experience ·Candidates should also have good working experience with XML, XSD and XSLT Relocation assistance is available with this position.
