Assignments:

* Responsible for all related Operations for manufacturing facility

* Understand, maintain, improve, and evaluate Process Controls

* Maintain and improve product quality control and assurance standards

* Maintain cost control, maximize productivity, minimize waste

* Motivate, train, develop, and lead production personnel

* Coordinate production schedules with team members

* Communication of essential information to all parties concerned

* Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks/assignments

* Further responsibilities include working cooperatively with production, administrative, and management teams
Qualifications

· Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures

· Exhibit regular and prompt attendance

· Preferrededucation is an Associate’s degree or 2 years production experience

· Strong mechanical aptitude

· Ability to understand, develop, and manage production schedules; target dates; flow processes; controls; and procedures

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Must demonstrate high-level of problem solving, and team working skills

· High-level of organizational and inter-personal skills

· Exhibit professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respective attitude
