For more information about ADM and its products, visitwww.adm.com. Reliability Engineer– Peoria, IL This is a full time, exempt position. GENERAL JOB DUTIES: 1.Perform duties in a safe manner, utilizing all safety equipment, and successfully completes all safety certification requirements. 2.Works with Maintenance Superintendent to develop, coordinate, and conduct technical reliability studies and evaluations in order to maintain reliability of equipment. 3.Investigates and analyzes relevant variables potentially affecting processes and assets. 4.Compiles reports and recommends corrective measures to meet acceptable Reliability standards. 5.Develops, tracks and maintains reliability databases and documentation. 6.Provides plant engineering with technical support on reliability issues. 7.Participates in engineering activities that improve the reliability of equipment. 8.Leads Root Cause Failure Analysis and Reliability Maintenance and preventive and predictive maintenance programs. 9.May perform reasonably similar or related duties as assigned. Education and/or Training required: ·All required ADM safety training ·Bachelor’s degree in ME, EE, or IE ·5+ years of significant involvement with manufacturing engineering ·Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and OSHA regulations ·Background in rotating equipment, seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers and material handling equipment. ·Experience in Vibration, Infrared, Alignment, Ultrasonic, Motor Circuit and Lubrication analysis. ·Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems is necessary.
