Ukiah Valley Medical Center seeks Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with strong inpatient training to join a dynamic local team of hospitalist physicians who are focused on a healthy work-life balance and quality patient care. The group has been in existence for more than 30 years and works out of one hospital. The hospitalists work as a dedicated team equally sharing all shifts where they provide Med-Surg, PCU and ICU coverage (telemedicine services also available 24/7). The incoming hospitalist physician will be expected to work about 15, 10-hour shifts a month. This is an ideal opportunity for physicians interested in being employed and working with an outstanding team in a beautiful, family-friendly location. The ability to speak Spanish would be helpful but is not required.
