Internship Goals:
To provide college students with the opportunity to gain real world experience in the field of Human Resources. Students will be able to observe how AFLAC organizes and develops its independent offices and independent contractors (insurance agents) to make up its field force. Students are welcome to sit in on team meetings and learn how a sales district is run. There are also work from home opportunities as well as a structured summer internship program.

Purpose of Internship:
Assisting the District Manager & Assistant District Manager with the growth and development of the AFLAC organization in the Westchester area.

Interns will leave our program licensed NYS Life, Accident and Health Agents with some of the best training the insurance industry has to offer.

Program Guidelines:
Schedule is flexible and entirely up to the students. May be full time or part time depending on the student. Our office is located in Elmsford, NY.
