Pre-Graduate Management Training Program
Students who are picked for this unique internship will go through an intense training program designed to prepare them for positions in our management team. AFLACs comprehensive management training program and name recognition, combined with the practical experience gained through this internship, will at a minimum help students improve their resume and increase their confidence.
*Successful candidates will be offered full time Associate positions upon graduation*
Receive Class Credit:
Students are encouraged to seek credits (3 to 6 credits) for this 1 or 2 semester internship.

Time Commitment -8 - 12 hours per week (1 semester)
Scheduling is flexible
