Description Allstate has an opening for an experienced SAP Functional Analyst.    This position maintains responsibility for the successful delivery of projects and production support using standard and custom delivered SAP software.   The person in this position will analyze, document and apply the knowledge of the application’s business and functional requirements throughout the software development life cycle.  

Accountabilities include: 

1.  Gathering and documenting business requirements

2.   Synthesizing business requirements into process and functional design

3.  Organizing functional requirements and design review sessions.

4.   Software configuration and customization in support of business process design

5.  Support for functional testing

6.  Support for creation of training materials 

7.  Establishing partnerships with business clients and internal and external technology partners

8.  Creating project estimates and input into work plans

 

 

Qualifications

1. Intermediate - SAP FICO Configuration and/or Systems Knowledge (hands on experience)

2. Intermediate - Accounting and/or Finance Background

3. Intermediate - Business Requirements Definition, Analysis, Testing and Delivery (SDLC)

4. Intermediate - Change management

5. Intermediate - Microsoft Office Suite
