Description   The eBusiness web engagement team resides within the Marketing division and has full accountability for the web management and consumer engagement online for our key web properties.   This individual will be responsible for being the online program manager for Encompass which includes:
  • Web Content Creation
  • Management Implementation of Encompass online properties
  • Defining and implementing the online strategy to drive consumer engagement to Encompass properties
  • Optimizing the web experience by creating tools, assets, content and marketing initiatives to drive visibility of the Encompass web presence.
  Specific responsibilities include:         -    Working with Encompass marketing leadership – assist in the development and integration of customer specific messaging strategies for the web to drive customer acquisition and loyalty among specific customer communities.       -    Define, gain approval and implement new programs, online partners and sponsorships to drive incremental growth to the Encompass online properties and IA distribution channels.       -     Identify opportunities to build broad awareness of the Encompass business through the online channel and proactively manage Encompass content updates.        -     Partnering primarily with Encompass key stakeholders and Marketing partners to ensure program goals are in synch, measurement and tracking is communicated and goals are being met. This will include creating process and procedures to insure integration.       -     Partner with Encompass Marketing constituents to develop online strategies, including:  site promotions, email marketing, online advertising, search engine marketing       -     Accountable for delivering effective and efficient initiatives designed to maximize marketing spend and program ROI.        -     Establish metrics and track results of all programs.  Analyze and evaluate campaign results and then drive online recommendations based on key learnings.

Qualifications

-       7-10 years of marketing experience that includes a minimum of 4 years of Internet (website management) experience  

-       3 years of experience in a service related industry.  

-       An undergraduate degree in Marketing is desired.   MBA is preferred.

-       Advanced MS Office, Site Catalyst, HTML a plus

-       Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

-       Proven ability to define web strategies based on program goals and then implement the tactics to achieve success.

-       Advanced project management in a web environment to insure deadlines and budgets are met.

-       Advanced ability to work effectively with others, communicate with confidence and expertise and take a leader role on project teams.

-       Proven ability to respond and anticipate business changes.   Comfortable in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

-       Strong knowledge and usage of Internet technologies and software applications including but not limited to Photoshop, Adobe, HTML, TeamSite, Site Catalyst.

-       Past experience in managing large scale, internet based projects with a focus on accomplishing marketing objectives.

-       Strong ability to define program metrics and then communicate them effectively to leadership and recommend next steps to achieve program goals.
