The R3000 developmental agency program was established to assist entrepreneurs wishing to start-up their own agencies. Allstate New Jersey Insurance Company sponsors these agents in a company owned facility for 18 months.
The Customer Insurance Associate is responsible for answering basic customer inquires, resolving basic service concerns, and supporting customers with initial loss reports in a way that enables the R3000 agent's to service their clients. Service to customers will include inbound/outbound calls, electronic promise lines, cross-files mail and fax transactions.
The position will be responsible for
1. Provide exceptional service to customers
2. Resolve routine questions/Issues and refer other inquires to appropriate areas as needed.
3. Actively listen to customer issues or question, showing interest and compassion.
4. Respond to basic billing and payment processing inquires and complete required reports/documentations.
Experience Required: At least 1-2 years of office experience
Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, Typing 30 wpm
Education: High School or Equivalent
