Ä Vous êtes rattaché au Responsable de l’Engineering Hydromécanique Grenoble. Vous êtes chargé des études de conception des structures et des mécanismes sur contrats et offres hydromécaniques.
Ä You are under the responsibility of the head of Hydromechanical Engineering Grenoble. You are in charge of the structural design and the mechanical design on both hydromechanical contracts and tenders.

Mission

Responsibilities
Ä Après une période de formation aux spécificités et produits ALSTOM (travaux sur quelques projets), vous aurez en charge la préparation d’offres techniques, les études de réalisation, d’équipements hydromécaniques.
Ä Assurer au jour le jour la faisabilité et la validité des solutions proposées au client en respectant :
o un cahier des charges
o le savoir-faire Alstom (sera acquis progressivement)
o les lois de la résistance des matériaux et de la mécanique
o les règles de représentation du dessin industriel et d'établissement de notes de calculs (incl. FEM)
Ä Participer aux revues de conception
Ä Respect des budgets et plannings.

Ä After a training period of Alstom specificities & products (work on few projects), you will be in charge of technical parts of contracts & tenders for hydromechanical equipment (gates and penstocks).
Ä Daily ensure feasibility and validity of technical solutions submitted to the client in respect with :
o Contract or tender documents
o ALSTOM knowledge (will be acquired progressively)
o Material resistance & mechanical science
o Rules of industrial drafting & calculation notes edition (incl. FEM)
Ä Be an actor during design reviews
Ä Respecting budgets & planning.

Accountabilities

Ä Majorité de contrats > 3M€ ; Quelques contrats > 15M€

Ä Mainly contracts > 3M€ ; Some contracts > 15M€

Measurement

Ä Techniquement : Par l’analyse des conséquences générées par les non conformités à l’objectif zéro non conformité est à atteindre
Ä Par la mesure des la performance BE (> 100 %). Ce qui correspond à un non-dépassement des budgets et planning d’étude

Ä Technically : By analysis of consequences generated by non-conformities à the objective of zero non-conformities is the target.
Ä By measurement of design office performance (>100%). Which correspond to a non-overrun of budget and delivery date.

Educational Requirements
Ä Ingénieur/Docteur en conception mécanique
Ä Licence Pro Génie Mécanique,

Knowledge / Experience
Ä 10 ans d'expérience en bureau d’étude sur des taches de conception mécanique, mécano-soudées.
Ä Expérience souhaitée en études d’équipements hydromécaniques ou constructions mécano-soudées de grandes dimensions
Ä Expérience dans le calcul analytique (RDM) et dans le calcul par la méthode des éléments finis
Ä Expérience en gestion de projet
Ä Connaissances en mécanique des fluides incompressibles

Ä 10 years in design office with realization of mechanical and welded structure design
Ä Experience in design of hydromechanical equipment or large welded structures
Ä Experience in analytical calculation (strength of material) and in finite element method
Ä Experience in project management
Ä Knowledge of uncompressible fluid mechanics

Behavioural and Technical Skills / Competencies

Ä Connaissance senior sur la conception mécanique (préférablement sur les équipements hydromécaniques), résistance des matériaux, analyse de risque, AMDEC, inspection site.
Ä Savoir être novateur en termes de solutions techniques, capacités au travail en équipe, rigueur, communication écrite et orale.
Ä Savoir-être

Ä Senior knowledge mechanical conception (preferably in hydromechanical equipments), materials resistance, Risk analysis, FMEA, site inspection.
Ä Learn to be innovative in terms of technical solutions, capacity for teamwork, harshness, written and spoken communication.
