The East Central Division of the American Cancer Society is currently seeking talented individuals to enter our talent pipeline. The Income Development Representative position focuses on:
 Volunteers: Collaborate with, empower, and develop volunteers for fundraising activities and other events. Actively work with volunteer committees to produce effective fundraising events.
 Donations: May help with major donor identification and cultivation.
 Mission Integration: Work closely with other staff partners to incorporate mission programs into all fundraising activities.
 Staff Development: Actively participate in ongoing staff education and development on local, division, and national levels.

Position Requirements

Requirements include:
• Undergraduate degree required. 2 to 5 years of learning experience within a specific professional discipline required.
• Ability to frequently work evenings and weekends.
• Travel is required. Must attend a mandatory new hire orientation program in Hershey, PA or Dublin, Ohio immediately following hire.
