This position is for a technical architecture to manage the delivery of strategic and tactical improvements to the Serve payments platform offering in the form of technology projects.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate responsibilities will include:

Serving as an architectural steward for the Serve platform, providing technical direction and consulting expertise to support platform strategies and implementations. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Consulting and providing technical assistance to Serve platform for existing and new SOA assets to align with the Serve/AET SOA POA.
• E2E Project architectural governance
• Ensuring technical consistency in all Serve platform asset development
• Providing technical assistance for 3rd party integrations, technical evaluations,
• RFIs and RFPs across the Serve portfolio
• Drive major SOA infrastructure uplift projects to provide business capabilities and alignment to technical infrastructure strategies
• Manages Lead Technical Architects and leads matrixed vertical architecture teams and developers as the SOA architecture champion for the portfolio
• Providing expertise to development teams working from various locations on application development, services development, technical architecture, and systems integration. This expertise should also extend to providing detailed guidance at the application code level as required
• Collaborating with peer groups to define product development tasks, milestones, critical path and resolving barriers
• Championing research and development efforts to evaluate & leverage emerging middleware technologies across the portfolio to drive business growth, systems efficiency and better customer service
• Demonstrative understanding of the .NET development framework
• Experienced delivering enterprise architecture solutions.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in consumer facing web solutions or mobile applications
• Candidates should be familiar with implementation details for the a digital payments platform
• Extensive experience in building highly integrated, cross functional teams including business and technology resources is required
• Candidates must have experience in guiding project teams through the ideation, requirements, design, build, and test phases of a project
• Experience with sprint cycles that consolidate design, build, and test is preferred
• Candidates must have experience running multiple projects, typically two to five months in duration, depending on the size, scope, and effort duration
• Experience with building and maintaining multiple Microsoft Project plans is preferred
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well with Technical Leads in application development and infrastructure. Specifically, Project Managers must establish the agreed upon work plan including activities, dependencies, scope, and requirements traceability
• Project Managers will engage their Technical Lead counterparts as often as on a daily basis to identify potential problems and drive through to a solution
• Candidates must have executive presentation experience, specifically presenting project progress and packaging business appropriate decisions in situations where a change to scope, effort, or duration is required
• Project Managers must build strong relationships with their Business and Technical Leads
• Strong negotiating skills are required
• Must be able to work with limited direction and drive results
• Candidates must have experience with facilitating cross functional workshops and working sessions, specifically as they relate to project delivery
• Experience in facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions is preferred
• Candidates must be attentive to detail, e.g., documenting decisions and agreements coming out of JADs, tracking project standup results
• MS Project and SharePoint
Education & Experience Requirements:
• 7 years enterprise architecture experience
• Bachelors Degree required.
