The Manager of Global Compensation Operations will be responsible for supporting the Program Management for the multi-year HR Transformation project for the Global Compensation team. This transformation project will bring the system, process, and capabilities of the global Compensation team to the next level by creating an innovative strategy for world-class service delivery and world-class employee experiences. The project goals are to:
• Project manage the implementation of new global Compensation systems throughout the firm
• Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes to deliver world class compensation processes and service throughout the firm
• Drive business results through strategic HR partnerships
• Reporting to the Director of Compensation Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the project management of the development and implementation of compensation systems and processes. The Manager will support the transformation implementation plan, helping to oversee communications related to the implementation, the change management and the training activities in support of the new systems and processes. Key areas of focus include:

Program & Project Management:

• Partner with appropriate internal colleagues from across multiple functions to understand interactions, downstream impacts, as well as different perspectives
• Partner with external contractors, vendors, etc on the development and successful implementation of systems and processes
• Maintain standard project management practices, methodologies, etc., to ensure successful completion of goals and deliverables
• Manage stakeholder alignment, communications and presentations detailing implementation progress, including for Senior Leadership
• Support the implementation and ongoing communication plan for the transformation

Vendor Management and Team Management:

• Work with vendors and external consultants on the implementation of year-end compensation and compensation related systems and processes
• Provide guidance and direction to external consultants to ensure the alignment and efficacy of their works
• Liaise and align with internal colleagues across multiple functions to understand interactions of systems and processes

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of industry standard PMO processes, excellent project management skills, and a demonstrated experience with projects of a large scope. He/she must also have vendor/partner management experience, excellent relationship skills and be able to influence others to achieve complex objectives against tight deadlines. Candidate must be proactive in identifying problems and recommending resolution to those problems. Candidate must possess strong oral and written communication skills. He/she should have a proven track record of working collaboratively across cross-functional teams and geographies. Additionally, the ideal candidate would have:
• Experience with multi-year strategic roadmaps and their successful implementation
• 4 -7 yrs experience with process management and process improvement/re-engineering methodologies
• Excellent/exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Distinguished project management skills
• Experience with vendor management

Preferred Requirements:
• Master’s degree preferred
• Experience with service delivery standards
• Experience with large scale change management and communication experience
