Position Description
Main Duties: - Develop agency in assigned market under the agreed strategy and action plan; - Provide training and coaching to the targeted agency; - Work with the developed agency and their agents to achieve business activity; - Achieve production target; - Facilitate policy and quotation administration in the targeted agencies; - Provide necessary customer service to the agency clients; - Maintain timely premium collection; - Other duties assigned.
