Position Description
Coordinates with co-Admin/IT , Admin TL, Bldg Admin, Service Personnel with requirements that relate to purchasing, facilities, housekeeping, equipment, security, safety, supplies, inventory, repair, maintenance, and other related administrative concerns; Address requirements within the required time frame (for both regular operations and DR mode operations) Processes IDs for CTOM BPO employees, vendor/ contractors, and enrollment in the ACS system. Provides adequate facilities support for all corporate or departmental activities/events (in-house or outside of CTOM BPO premises) Manages and controls facilitation of the Meal Providers. Manages boardroom reservation. Safekeeps, administers, and maintains various office electronic equipment (non IT) Organizes & secures records management of all Administration Documents. Responsible for handling Fire & Safety Regulations. Provides market survey for DR logistics requirement (buses, food, etc.) Processes issuance and approval of Gate-pass Assists routing of documents for signature. Assists in concierge functions (receiving deliveries, mails, courier services) Manage company vehicle (reservation/schedules, gas allowance, maintenance) Manage indoor & outdoor parking (coordination with parking management, allocation) Disbursement of phone cards Manage petty cash fund Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time including participation in company events/activities

Position Requirements
2-3 years work experience, preferably from an IT or BPO company 4 Year College Course preferably in Business Management/Administration Preferred (minor administrative/facilities related project) but not required Preferred to have lead admin assts and utlitiy personnel but not required.
