Position Description
? Develop markets for group Accident & Health products by identifying, educating, supporting and developing an assigned network of agents and/or brokers.
? To ensure delivery of the business development plan and the individual and overall sales objectives of Group & Individual business
? Underwrite all submissions presented to him/her by his/her assigned producers
? Make sales presentations to brokers and/or agents outlining the strengths and advantages of the Employee Benefits and Special Risk product portfolio.
? Develop and motivate channels to generate more Corporate business, such as training, coaching, field office visit, client visit and activity monitoring
? Direct business development.

Position Requirements
? University graduate with three years working experience, 2 years employee benefit or marketing experience
? Good communication skills
? Good marketing sense and strong initiative, Innovative, proactive, outgoing
? Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point
? Good command of English be an asset
? Ability to work effectively under pressure
? Ability to set goals, establish timelines, execute to successful conclusions
