Position Description
Leads the company in the planning, implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program, including the following:
Generation of BCP/DR Plans for the BPO and IT divisions
Ensure the company’s conformance and alignment to the established Chartis BCP/DR requirements, and ensures that gaps are identified (if any) and mitigated
Coordinates BCP/DR efforts during each phase of the CTOM BCP/DR Program; guides the CTOM Incident Management Team in actual disaster events and in simulated exercises
Participates in the migration process through the identification of BCP/DR requirements for each account; educates the business partner in the understanding of CTOM’s BCP/DR capabilities
Reports program status to CTOM Senior Management, Operations Leaders, Account Owners, and other key stakeholders.
Operational Risk and Compliance:
Leads the company in the planning, implementation and maintenance of the Operational Risk and Compliance Program, including the following:
Identifies and translates the required Operational Risk and Compliance requirements and ensures the company’s compliance to such, including Corporate and Divisional requirements.
Participates in the migration process through the identification of Operational Risk and Compliance requirements for each account; educates the business partner in the understanding of CTOM’s Operational Risk and Compliance capabilities
Assesses the company’s compliance to the identified and established Operational Risk and Compliance requirements through the planning and execution of Internal Assessments; generates internal assessment plan for the company year-on-year
Leads the company in external audits, interfaces with external audit parties in the coordination of such audits, and ensures the company’s success in such audits. Ensures all audit findings are properly mitigated and communicated to the identified external party.
Reports status of the Operational Risk Program to CTOM Senior Management, Operations Leaders, Account Owners and key stakeholders, through periodic releases of status reports and regular release of the CTOM BPO Division Compliance dashboard.

Position Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree any field.
Should have at least 3-7 years of work experience in service industry, including experience in working as a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program Officer or Compliance & Risk Management Officer or Coordinator.
Experience in the BPO, Call Center, financial-services, and/or insurance industry is a plus.
Experience as a Quality Assurance Officer, or external consultant, managing internal and external relationships and communications would be an advantage.
Experience in self-directed work environments requiring a high degree of individual initiative.
Demonstrated experience in managing process and/or systems change.
