Position Description
• Proper collection of all relevant claims data.
• Ability to analyse data to make judgements on coverage.
• Correspondence with clients and brokers.
• Ability to talk to customers on the phone.
• Claims file keeping: entry in the claims systems, setting of adequate reserve, ensure timely payments, proper file keeping.
• Organization of existing processes
• Supervision of external third party claims adjusters

Position Requirements
Skills / Experience / Specific knowledge required :
Claims experience is an asset but not a requirement.
Preferably insurance experience.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Good spoken knowledge of French and/or Italian .
Hands-on, hard worker. Analytical skills. Structured approach.

Ability to work independently and in a team
High working capacity and resistance to pressure
Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
Time management skills and the ability to meet priorities and deadlines

Education
Business school, insurance diploma or equivalent professional experience
German, French and/or Italian spoken and written
Good working knowledge of MS Office
