Position Description
- Supervise the sales process by providing technical support to the team to meet goals
- Track in-house Telemarketers performance and determine corrective actions as necessary providing support and coaching in all aspects related to the sale.
- Provide the Sponsors & department of the information relevant to analyze performance levels of both team and campaigns.
- Track performance of outsourced activities interacting as necessary with the Supervisors, Team Leaders and / or Project Leaders and recommended corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure Internal Customer Satisfaction, Customer and Corporate Customer Final.
- Coordinate with HR recruitment process of Telemarketers identifying the profile that meet our needs.

Position Requirements
- Education: College Student (Excluding)
- Computing: Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Intermediate
- Language: English intermediate (not excluding)
- Skills: Job scheduling, adaptability, proactivity, reporting, analysis and decision making, tightly focused on meeting objectives, commitment to service.
- Previous experience: preferably 1 year in similar position within Call Center and / or telemarketing sales.
