Position Description
The Engineering Impairment Specialist performs the entire Engineering Impairment Notification process, as currently documented.
These include:

• Receives and handles calls and emails from clients on scheduled or unscheduled engineering impairments on fire suppression systems
• Documents these notifications
• Runs and provides reports, as needed
• Performs outbound calls on open notifications beyond established thresholds
• Also receives and handles IntelliRisk calls and emails on a scheduled basis

Position Requirements
• Background and/or experience on fire suppression systems preferred but not required
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills; Able to use sound reasoning and judgment in execution of the processes
• Able to handle multiple call and email scenarios; Able to execute effective project initiatives with minimal supervision and guidance
• Previous experience in voice-enabled processes preferred but not required
• Amenable on working long hours and graveyard shift
