Position Description
• Collect & consolidate financial results for acquisition, operating, deferred acquisition and premiums costs and headcount from various sources (systems & Excel submissions)
• Communicate with Profit Center, Global Services and Region business contacts as needed
• Maintain data repository and integrity at all times
• Produce identified monthly and quarterly deliverables (data packages, charts, reports)
• Identify issues/concerns that arise immediately that may impact the integrity or timing of deliverables
• Stay informed on all deliverable dates, reporting requirements and expectations with NY team
• Implement reporting and process changes quickly and efficiently with the ability to work in a face paced environment and deal with time sensitive pressure
• Produce a reporting package with each submission including reconciliations, evidence and key controls by required deadlines
• Provide status updates and communicate to NY team daily/weekly as required
• Identify fluctuations noted in the generated expense reports/packages for NY team to follow up
• Provide expected results to NY team complete, on time, accurately and reconciled
• In case CTOM manager / lead / analyst turnover, provide business training to new hires
• Flexibility to assist in ad-hoc reporting
• Maintain process documentation and recommend improvements to data consolidation/reporting

Position Requirements
• 3 -5 years accounting and financial analysis experience
• Proficient with the English language
• Ability to set priorities and work independently or with a team to meet deadlines in a face paced, time sensitive, pressured environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (pivot tables, macros, v-lookup, data manipulation) and PowerPoint formatting, importing/exporting data a must
• Experience with SAP & Cognos applications preferred
• Work parallel US working hours with NY home office team
• Knowledge of the insurance industry a plus
• Overtime will be required
