Position Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), and Architecture or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Visio or Autocad)
Strong analytical skills; Able to use sound reasoning and judgment
Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills
Able to handle multiple tasks; Able to create and execute effective project plans with minimal supervision and guidance
Knowledge in key Operations and Support metrics
Knowledge of government building codes & processes
Knowledge of Facilities / utilities maintenance & troubleshooting
Knowledge on construction methods & budgetary costing
Willing to work in Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City
