Assist General Manager to manager and fulfill all aspects of reports and requirements stipulated by the insurance regulator in a timely and accurate manner, 2. Establish and maintain amicable working relationship with all relevant regulators and external associations, e.g.: regular networking with relevant commercial associations/Chambers through meetings, seminars and other corporate activities, 3. Assist General Manager to lead and drive the branch financial and production budget process by working across various functions at different corporate levels, i.e.: Finance & Accounting, Profit Centers, Distribution at branch and China head office, 4. Assist General Manager to facilitate and coordinate branch management meetings and regular action plan meetings, 5. Assist General Manager to fulfill project assigned by China head office, i.e.: new business initiative, operation enhancement project, etc, 6. Responsible for developing and managing various management information reports, 7. Needs to contribute to production drive and customer maintenance, e.g.: organizing business promotion activity and meeting with key customers, 8. Responsible for conducting research in respect of market intelligence and industrial trend to support business decision amongst management and profit centers team. 9. Establish and maintain a supportive environment from major media in Shenzhen for brand and product promotion, liaise and coordinate with China CCD functions. 10. Assist GM in people strategy and talent management; represent GM to work closely with China HR team including HRBP and COE to implement HR initiatives in local branch. 11. Other jobs assigned by GM. Position Requirements 1. Good command of English both in writing and speaking, excellent presentation skills, 2. University or above, ideally majoring in Business Administration or Economy, 3. Strong organizational ability, 4. Energetic and with multi-tasking ability, 5. Have sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure, 6. Good communication skills with both internal and external parties, 7. Capable of engaging senior stakeholders across the organization in a matrix environment, 8. 5+ years working experience in foreign company is a must, experience in the position of underwriter or distribution in the insurance industry is preferred.
