Position Description
The IT Associate will provide IT support for employees that are experiencing issues with company hardware/software/telephony or systems.

Position Requirements
Provides technical support to customers.
• Responds to assigned trouble tickets in a timely manner as defined in Technical Support’s guidelines.
• Serves as Secondary support liaison between the IT and end-user.
• Uses workstation visits effectively to perform diagnostics and analyzes problems to determine cause or source
of equipment or software/hardware/telephony malfunction.
• Demonstrated experience with computer technologies, including: LAN/WAN, Ethernet, PC,Telephony,
Microsoft Operating Systems,Virtual Machines and Citrix/Terminal Services environments.
• Advanced proficiency with the following software: MS Office, MS Operating Systems, Internet Explorer,
Outlook.
• Operates under close supervision.
• Typically reports to the IT Manager
• This is an entry-level job requiring at least 18 months of product support experience
