Position Description
Assist users for technical concerns via EMAIL and PHONE: -SafeBoot password reset on laptops -Unlock LAN accounts and reset LAN passwords in Active Directory -General PC/Windows/MS Office Issues -ClearQuest user ID’s and passwords -Mainframe/eStart/EMIS/SMART user ID’s and password -Updating roles/permission and updating/resetting passwords for local administators in PUMP2 (SecAmin) • Training/Documentation - Assist in the creation/updating training and process documentations

Position Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and Computer Engineering. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience with working out of hours and shift patterns. • Highly flexible, reliable and willing to learn • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and adaptive to change • Demonstrates willingness and encourages others to actively participate in team projects • Proactively searches for new ideas and better ways of doing things to improve personal and team effectiveness • Has a positive and can do” attitude • Good Communications Skills Applicants must be willing to work in Madrigal Business Park,Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa.
