Position Description
Monitoring application availability.
• Monitoring completion of overnight batch jobs.
• Monitoring file movement and deliveries.
• Initiating emergency call outs where appropriate.
• Producing logs and report output from the overnight shifts for action.
•Updating and revising daily and monthly process checklists and procedures manuals where appropriate.
• Liaising with all appropriate regional entities on operational task updates.
• Raising tickets where appropriate for specific operational failures.
• Outward communication of issues and availability to the appropriate entities.
• Completion of agreed KPI’s and metrics around operational service delivery.
• Ensure applications are available during required hours.
• Tracking and reporting progress.
• Reporting exceptions.

Position Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and Computer Engineering.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience with working out of hours and shift patterns.

• Demonstrates willingness and encourages others to actively participate in team projects
